What we collect

We collect only what we need in order to quote, sell and deliver:

• Contact details — your name, company, email address and telephone number, as you supply them in an enquiry form, by email or over the phone.
• Enquiry details — the unit you are interested in, your delivery ZIP code, site access information and any photographs or drawings you send us.
• Transaction details — the order, the delivery address and the payment reference. We do not store full card numbers; card data is handled by our payment provider, not by us.
• Technical data — basic server logs including IP address and browser type, retained for security and diagnostics.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, fulfil an order, arrange haulage, provide after-sales support, and keep the accounting and tax records the law requires. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating the business, and legal obligation.

Marketing

We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add enquirers to a marketing list without being asked to. If you do opt in, every message carries a one-click unsubscribe and we act on it immediately.
