If a unit arrives materially different from the specification it was sold against, tell the driver and contact us the same day with photographs. We will collect it and either replace it, repair it or refund it in full, at our cost. This is the commitment we care most about honouring.

Cancelling before dispatch

Orders for standard stock units may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. If haulage has already been booked and cannot be cancelled without charge, that third-party cost is deducted and evidenced to you.

After delivery

Change-of-mind returns on standard stock units are considered within 14 days of delivery, provided the unit is in the condition it was delivered in. Return haulage is at your cost, and a restocking charge may apply. Contact us before arranging anything.

Custom and modified units

Conversions, modifications and made-to-order units are built to your signed-off specification and cannot be returned for change of mind. They remain fully covered if the work is defective or does not match the agreed specification.

Cosmetic condition on graded stock

Used containers are sold by grade. Surface rust, dents, patch repairs and paint variation consistent with the stated grade are expected characteristics, not defects, and are not grounds for return. If a unit is worse than its stated grade, that is a different matter and we will put it right.

How refunds are made

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing the return or receiving the unit back, whichever is later.
