Steel, Sourced Properly.  ·  Orlando, FL  ·  Nationwide delivery

Custom fabrication

A box is only
the starting point.

Containers stopped being just storage a long time ago. We have supplied and converted steel for cafés, gyms, studios, classrooms, welfare blocks, pop-up bars, plant rooms and more garden offices than we can count.

Cut in-house

Personnel doors, windows, roll-up shutters, vents, hatches and full side openings — cut, framed and sealed by our own fabricators.

Insulated & lined

Closed-cell foam or batt insulation, ply or melamine lining, and a vapour strategy that stops a steel box sweating in a Florida summer.

Wired & plumbed

Consumer unit, sockets, LED lighting, heating or A/C, and full sanitary fit-out where the unit calls for it.

Finished & delivered

Prepped, primed and painted in your colour, then delivered on the same truck as any standard unit.

01 — Already converted

Units you can buy as they are.

These have the conversion work already done. If none of them is quite right, we start from a base container and build to your drawing instead.

02 — Process

From sketch to delivered unit.

Step 01

Brief

Tell us what the unit is for, the footprint you have, and how it will be used. A rough sketch on paper is genuinely enough to start.

Step 02

Drawing & price

We come back with a marked-up elevation and an itemised price — base unit, each modification, finish and freight, all broken out separately.

Step 03

Fabrication

Once you sign off the drawing, we cut. You get progress photos at the key stages, not silence followed by a delivery date.

Step 04

Delivery

Prepped, painted, inspected and delivered. We walk you through the unit on arrival before the truck leaves.

What we get asked for most

  • Personnel door with a security shutter
  • Double-glazed windows with anti-vandal shutters
  • Roll-up shutter door in place of cargo doors
  • Full side opening for forklift access
  • Insulation, lining and a finished floor
  • Electrics: consumer unit, sockets, LED lighting
  • Heating, air conditioning or a mini-split
  • Partition walls and a separate secure store
  • Servery hatch, counter run and extraction
  • Custom paint in a brand colour

A word on planning

A container placed on the ground and not connected to services is usually treated very differently from one that is fixed, plumbed and occupied. Rules vary by county and by use, and we are not the right people to give you a planning determination.

What we will do is give you the unit's exact footprint, height and weight in writing so that whoever is advising you has accurate numbers to work with. That single sheet solves most of the questions before they turn into delays.

However unconventional the idea.

We have not been beaten by a brief yet. Send the drawing, the photo or the rough description — whatever you have.
